Refund Policy

This policy applies to subscriptions, credit packs and generations purchased on Influence Persona.
1. General principle
Influence Persona provides a digital service performed at the user's request. Credits that have been consumed, generations that have started, AI processing already launched, videos, images, lipsync outputs or background removal already performed are not refundable, except in case of a technical error attributable to the service or where mandatory law provides otherwise.
2. Credit packs
An unused credit pack may be eligible for a refund request within 14 days of purchase, provided that no credit from the pack has been consumed and no fraud or abusive use is detected.
Once a generation is launched with purchased credits, performance of the service begins and consumed credits are no longer refundable.
3. Subscriptions
A subscription may be cancelled to prevent future renewal. Cancellation does not automatically refund the billing period already started. Monthly credits already allocated or consumed remain subject to the consumed-credit rules.
In case of billing error, duplicate payment or verified technical incident, Influence Persona may offer a refund, credit adjustment or credit restoration.
4. Technical incidents
If a generation fails due to a technical incident attributable to Influence Persona or its providers, the user may request a review. Depending on the case, Influence Persona may restore the relevant credits, rerun the generation or offer another reasonable solution.
5. Prohibited uses
No refund is owed if an account is suspended or closed due to fraud, abusive use, violation of the Terms of Use, technical circumvention attempts, bad-faith payment dispute or prohibited content.
6. Refund request
Requests must be sent to contact@influencepersona.com with the account email, purchase date, purchase type, Stripe receipt if available and a description of the issue.
Influence Persona aims to respond within a reasonable time. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method where technically possible.
7. Applicable rights
This policy does not limit mandatory rights that a user may have under applicable consumer law.
