This policy explains how Influence Persona processes personal data needed to create accounts, process payments, generate AI content and provide support.

2. Data we process

3. Purposes and legal bases

4. Images, voice and identifiable people
When you upload an image, video or audio file, you confirm that you have the necessary rights. If the content represents or can identify a person, you must have obtained the required authorization where applicable.
Influence Persona processes those files only to provide the requested features: image generation, avatar generation, video generation, lipsync, background removal, gallery and account history. The service must not be used to impersonate someone, violate privacy rights, exploit someone's image or voice without permission, or create unlawful or misleading content.
5. Recipients and processors
Data may be shared with service providers required to operate Influence Persona, including:
- Supabase, for authentication, database, server functions and storage;
- Stripe, for payments, subscriptions, invoices and fraud prevention;
- Cloudflare, for delivery, security and site protection;
- fal.ai and EvoLink, for certain AI generations, videos and media processing;
- technical providers for logging, transactional email or support when required.
6. International transfers
Some providers may process data outside the European Union. Where required, Influence Persona relies on GDPR safeguards such as standard contractual clauses, data processing agreements and appropriate security measures.
7. Retention periods

8. Your rights
Under the GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection where applicable, and portability of your data. You can exercise these rights by emailing contact@influencepersona.com.
You may also file a complaint with the CNIL if you believe your rights are not respected.
9. Cookies and tracking
Influence Persona uses data strictly necessary for service operation, security, authentication and technical monitoring. If non-essential advertising or analytics trackers are added, they will be subject to consent where required by law.
10. Security
Influence Persona applies appropriate security measures including HTTPS, access controls, Supabase Row Level Security, server-side functions for sensitive operations, restricted file access, server-side key management and monitoring of errors and abuse.
